These Terms govern the conditions for using Synergy 36 ("Service") and define the rights and obligations between users and the service provider.
"User" refers to anyone who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service. "Service" refers to all features provided by Synergy 36, including personality assessment, coaching reports, and team management.
These Terms take effect upon posting on the Service website. We may revise these Terms with reasonable cause, providing at least 7 days' prior notice.
The basic personality assessment is provided free of charge. Some advanced features require a paid plan. Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using the Service.
Assessment results are reference materials for team communication and personal growth. They must NOT be used as ① the sole basis for HR decisions (hiring, promotion, termination), or ② a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis. The Service is not liable for unauthorized use of results.
Some features such as the Detailed Report are provided for a fee. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy and charged at the amount stated at the time of purchase. The service is activated immediately upon successful payment.
Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please email your order number to sangclim48@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 3 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, technical issues, or other unavoidable reasons. The Service is not liable for damages caused by such interruptions unless due to gross negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the service provider's location.
